    Dry-Process Electrode Technology

    A key differentiator of Tsingyan Electronics' manufacturing platform is our proprietary Powder-into-Film (PIF) dry electrode technology.

    Traditional supercapacitor electrode manufacturing commonly relies on wet processing, which involves solvents and additional drying processes. Tsingyan Electronics' dry-process approach is designed to simplify electrode manufacturing while improving process control and supporting the development of high-performance electrode structures.

    By integrating dry-process electrode technology directly into our supercapacitor manufacturing platform, we are able to connect material processing, electrode manufacturing, cell assembly, and product validation within a more integrated production system.

    This approach also provides a foundation for developing supercapacitors with high power density, long cycle life, and stable performance across demanding operating conditions.
